I hired Nash to create a special birthday dinner for my three sisters, all August birthdays, with several milestone birthdays among us. I hoped it would be memorable. I had no idea how memorable!

The meal Nash created, along with the plating and stealth clean-up, blew us away. We all agreed it was one of the most unforgettable meals of our lives. Every course was beautifully plated, exceptionally prepared, and graciously delivered to the table. We all love to cook and have high standards, and each new course gave us something else to be thrilled by. 

What surprised me most was Nash himself. His calm, low-key manner gives you no hint of the depth of his talent. He and Jessie got every detail of the evening just right, and when they left, the kitchen was spotless.

It was far more special than I had expected, and exactly the kind of celebration I had hoped to give my sisters.
